Paypal: We ship to the address on your Paypal account. Please make sure your address is correct on your Paypal account before checkout. Orders return to us due to insufficient address will be refunded and a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. For more information on confirming your Paypal account.
Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS First Class 2- 9 day shipping service and Priority Mail 2-3 day service with tracking number in the US ONLY. Tracking number may or may not be provided to you. If you paid with Paypal your tracking number will be automatically updated on that transaction.
International Shipping: Depends on the service you choose. First Class does not include tracking number and can take up to 8 weeks. Priority Mail comes with Tracking number and can take up to 10 days or longer.
International orders are shipped via USPS. Transit time range from 2 to 6 weeks (in extreme cases). All packages require a signature upon delivery.
Your country may charge duties, taxes, or customs fee’s. This charge cannot be changed or paid by It's Cute since it is a tax applied to citizens of your country. We have no knowledge of these charges and cannot control them. If you refuse the package because of refusal to pay these fee’s charged by your country, the package will not be returned to us and we cannot issue a refund.
If you would like a quote on shipping charges, please add all chosen items to your cart and proceed through the checkout as if you were going to place an order. The shipping charges will be automatically calculated but you do not have to finish the order.
